Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Must be returned with original tags and packaging.

• Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Prepaid refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality check.

• COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or made-to-order pieces.

• Sale/clearance items.
